机器介绍

本机采用机、电、光、气一体化控制各部位工作。借助水循环系统，设计一道3M拉丝辊和胶定厚辊及从动辊、涨紧辊、通过主传动电机及三角带传动定厚辊带动砂带作高速回转实现打磨要求。本产品主要由机架、砂光拉丝抛光装置、进给装置、升降装置、电气气动控制装置、水循环装置等组成。该设备适用于金属板进行砂光 抛光 除锈 去氧化层 除油污处理 拉丝等，有效去除板材原有的凹凸面及杂质，又可进一步表面抛光打磨处理，加工后的板材更有质感，提升产品品质。

This machine adopts the integration of machine, electricity, light and gas to control the work of each part. With the help of water circulation system, the design of a 3M wire drawing roller and rubber fixed thickness roller and driven roller, up tight roller, through the main drive motor and triangle belt drive fixed thickness roller drive sand belt for high-speed rotation to achieve grinding requirements. This product is mainly composed of frame, sanding and drawing polishing device, feeding device, lifting device, electrical and pneumatic control device, water circulation device, etc. The equipment is suitable for metal plate for sanding, polishing, rust removal, removing the oxidation layer, removing the oil stain treatment, wire drawing, etc. It can effectively remove the original concave and convex surface of the plate and impurities, and further surface polishing and grinding treatment, the processed plate has more texture and improve the quality of products.

 

简要流程介绍如下：

干湿两用设计，一道3M辊，一道砂带，每道目数不同（第一道去除氧化层，除油去尘，第二道进行抛光达到光洁度2B），既保证加工精度和加工效果及光洁度，又保护工件避免不必要的伤害。

2）技术配置

1）机体采用国标材钢及锰钢钢板焊接而成，机体稳定不变形不震动，稳定性高。部分主要部位采用304优质不锈钢，防水防锈。

2）特质辊筒调质淬火，消除内应力，经久耐磨，抗用。

3）PLC控制系统。

4）加配不锈钢防水罩及水循环系统，砂光灰尘完全收集，无尘无渣无火花，有利于重切光。

5）采用国内*********的磁栅控制器，砂光精度可控制在±0.03。

6）特质软性胶辊，研磨砂光力度易控制，精确，性能稳定。

7）工件加工过程中不变形。

8）耗材使用寿命更长。

9）工件表面光洁度更高。

10）光电元件、摆动气缸、电器件、轴承等都经过防水、防锈处理。

11）装有过载、气压过低、漏电、跑带、缺相等保护，以上任何一种出现故障，设备自动停止，并紧急制动，保证生产安全。

12）机器主要部位采用日本NSK原装进口轴承。

13）变频调速，灵活调整进料速度。

14）所有机器主要部位采用电镀工艺，进行防锈处理。

15）双层防水隔离室，双重保护，避免水泄露。

17）上砂为水砂，下砂为干砂设计。可单独使用
